You can leave the guests free to organize their stays. Some hosts offer breakfast. You welcome your guests as you feel and above all, it is important that you stay yourself , simply natural as the goal is that the guests adopt your lifestyle. For particular things, it is important to mention it in your ads

1- BASICS

Small tips:

• Good hygiene for your guests to feel good / Cleanliness is a must
• Provide at least towels, clean sheets and toilet paper
• Possibly have a small guide at the disposal of the guests with the useful numbers (doctor, emergency, police, firemen, pharmacies etc)
• A small first aid kit (FIRST AIDS) in case of

2- PAYMENTS

Holinesian manages all payments (with Stripe) and you do not have to worry about the transactions. Guests are charged before their arrival.

3- YOUR PAYMENT

Your payment will be made by bank transfer and sent automatically 24 hours after the guest’s entry into your place. Nothing's easier !

4- INCOMES AND FEES

The publication of your ad on Holinesian is free. Holinesian charges a 4% service fee to the host on each booking and bank fees for transfers overseas are charged.

5- YOUR RATES

You choose your own rates. If you cannot fix a rate, you can be guided, but only to help you.

6- PROTECT YOURSELF BY TAKING OUT INSURANCE

Holinesian does not take care of any concerns you may encounter during the guests stays. Take insurance to protect yourself .
